If Customer Service is your passion we want to hear from you! The Customer Service Associate, Dental Claims is accountable for handling customer service inquiries over the phone in a fast-paced call center environment and processing dental claims.

+ Provides information and assistance to both internal and external customers.

+ Resolves customer requests, questions and concerns while focusing on customer satisfaction.

+ Uses technology to process dental claims.

+ Other additional responsibilities, as required, including: preparing and distributing reports; new hire mentoring; and claim auditing and reporting.

This role requires shift work including: 10am-7pm

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)


+ High School diploma or GED required

+ 1 year Customer Service/Call Center experience

Preferred skills (heading) / Compétences particulières (titre)

+ College graduate preferred

+ Previous experience within Insurance field, particularly dental

+ High call volume contact center experience

+ Ability to Multi-task

+ Strong typing skills

+ Proficient in Windows, MS Word and Excel

+ Attention to detail

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
